It is the standardized stationary liquid of human tissue specimens and animal tissue
specimens. The pH value ranges from 7.0 to 7.2. It is neutral. It is the basic guarantee in the
test of immunohistochemistry and the experiment of molecular biology to take standardized
stationary liquid. 10% neutral formalin stationery liquid is the recognized preferred fixing agent
with good fixing function towards morphological structure of histiocytes, tissue antigenicity and
nucleonic acid molecules. At present, it has been in large-scale production, commonly used in
the hospitals in Beijing and sold across China.
